Silvia was so accommodating to our needs and even after my request via telephone call in the morning, she followed up to check how far we were from the property. Very warm welcoming, clean rooms and a very comfy bed. Thank you so much

Traditional place but has had a few bits done to make it a bit more modern. Rooms very clean, big and spacious. Looks like a good venue for a function also, but can't say more on that as was only there in a room for a few nights. Quiet location despite being on a busy road. Nice view from my balcony y I to a canopy of trees, woke up to Fab sunny morning, with the sun streaming in! Very helpful staff, with 24/7 reception to help, if needed. Nothing was too much trouble. Definitely recommend and will try to book this on our next visit to family!

Our stay got off to a good start with an extremely helpful and professional receptionist. We were made to feel very welcome. The menu and service for the evening meal was also really good and not rushed. The room was very comfortable and well laid out with everything you may need. Before leaving on our journey we enjoyed a full breakfast which was up to the standard we had become used to. All in all, an extremely pleasant stay and we would very happily stay again. Perhaps I should also mention the location, as it's very close to the M25 it's easy to go in any direction.

Amazing room with balcony and space to spare. Lovely gentleman named Farhad on the reception desk who was always smiling, kind and easy to talk to along with Tommy being warm, approachable and attentive to every demand I made. Also not to mention the friendly and funny bartender who was always asking how my day was and ensuring I was taken care of. This stay was an absolute delight and I would stay here time and time again if given the chance.

Stayed here about 15 times now for Business and it’s just pefect for what we need, it’s the most value for money hotel in the county!

We had our wedding at The Bridge House Hotel on Saturday 23rd April 2016 - we can't thank them enough, all the staff were so helpful and accommodating and the day was wonderful. Annabel of 'Butterflies and Bows', the florist they use to decorate the venue, ( I also had for my personal bouquet & flowers,) is an absolute star and a wizard with flowers. The food was wonderful, hot and plentiful and many of my guests commented on how lovely everything was. The family and friends practically took over the hotel as many stayed over and they couldn't speak highly enough of the place and the staff! Many thanks to them all - I'm sure we will go and eat there from time to time too as they also do Indian cuisine that we haven't yet tasted and are longing to try!!!

For 40 odd quid a night I think it was pretty decent, room was nice which also had a balcony. Bathroom looked nice and clean, it did have a leaky bath tap but was no trouble, couldn't hear anything. The bar could do with being open earlier than 6, there is shops not too far away though. Food was lovely and reasonably priced. The TV was working, limited channels but personally I don't go to a hotel to watch TV so I didn't mind. Staff friendly and helpful, yes reception area etc looks a bit dated but with the pandemic, I think updating decor should be the last thing on peoples minds at the minute, you could do with some new seats outside the main entrance though. Would stay again.

Friendly staff and the food is excellent. I've been to one of the party nights it was awesome and so much food choices. Entertainment was awesome the dj was very flexible choice of music and huge dance floor. Bar drinks are very reasonable price I can drink all night. Over 30s night was fantastic very friendly people to hang around. Awesome place for private parties.
